Should I sign a quit claim deed in a divorce?
I am filing for divorce and drafting a separation agreement. I have agreed to give my husband our house where he is currently living. I am wondering if it would benefit me to sign the house over to him via a quit claim deed or if I need to wait until the court date and have the judge award it to him. I am not sure how the real estate part of divorce goes. Any help? Thanks
