PostHeaderIcon How much does it cost for someone to prepare a Quick Claim Deed form?

How much would if cost me if I decided to have a title company or someone with that sort of knowledge prepare a Quick Claim Deed form for my property? I don’t want to do this myself and would rather pay someone to prepare it for me, I just need to get a rough estimate of the fees that will be assessed to preparing this form. Any help is appreciated.
I apologize for my mistake, it should state “Quit Claim Deed”, not “quick”.

Thanks.

PostHeaderIcon Please help, want to change the wording on our deed!?

Three years ago, my boyfriend refinanced his house, when he did this, he added my name to the deed, and together we are listed as "joint tenants", which was drawn up by the mortgage co. This is the first home I’ve been involved with, and later, after researching it, I realized that the best thing for us is to be listed as "joint tenants with full rights of surviorship". How would I go about changing it? I live in Florida. I believe another form, such as a Quick-Claim deed, may need to be filled out, but I need some guidance on how to begin, or where to turn to. Any help would be appreciated.

PostHeaderIcon i need a quick claim deed. Does anyone know where i can print one for free?

i have been to a few sites but i am not paying 15 bucks for a piece of paper. also i see alot for quit claim deed and i am not really sure what the diffrence is but i am not tryign to remove someone’s name off of the house. i inherited a house and it si to be shared with me and my borther and we were told to fill out a quick claim deed. So any help would be great thanks so much. If there is no site where i can print it for me tell me where i can buy it in orlando florida. I have been to office max and they do not sell legal forms anymore ok thanks again
there is no probate all of that is done. and this house in nevada and i am in florida i was told i just have ot file this for me and my brother and all is done the house is half his and half mine. I just can not find the form. I always thought that office supply stores sold this they used but i guess not anymore.
also there is no mortgage
the house was left to me and my brother i could not go to vegas when our father died but he did go, and my brother was the trustee who was in charge on everything so he was trying to put the house in his name since i was not there and then he was going to add me once he got the title. But there was some issues with spelling or thier names so that is why we are going thru this now. Clark county in nevada said that me and my brother had to sign a quit claim deed because we both sharing the house os it like we are giving each other half. That is what i was told by the county in vegas. I am still really confused but thanks for everyones help
thank you everyone for your info i guess it is better if i contact a lawyer and avoid future issues thanks

PostHeaderIcon How do I initiate a Quick Claim Deed?

I am ending a marriage. Divorce is finalized. So the decree states that I have 30 days to deliver a quick claim deed to my ex’s lawyer. (The deed will not be considered "delivered" to my ex until he refinances the house in his name.) I found a form at Office Max and it seems easy enough to fill out, but I do not know all the information required in the form. Who would I go to for clairification? Would his lawyer be able to prepare it? My lawyer? Or can someone a little less pricey be recommended?
